We are delighted to welcome you to our hotel! We want your stay with us to be relaxing and carefree, which is why we have compiled the following information about our services and policies.

RECEPTION AND CONTACT

  • Opening hours: 06:00 – 22:00.

  • Night duty (after 10:00 PM): In case of emergency, call +36 30 919 8620.
  • Check-in : between 14:00 and 21:30.
  • Check-out : until 10:00. Any deviation from this must be inquired at the reception in advance.
  • Payment : Our hotel is cashless, we accept most bank cards.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND PHONE USE

  • Call reception : Dial 3000.
  • Call another room : Press 2, then the desired 3-digit room number.
  • External calls : You can make calls from the room phone just like you would on your own mobile phone.
  • Wifi name: Hajnal guest password: Hajnal2026
  • Air conditioning: It has a cooling and heating function. The remote control can be obtained at the reception, which we ask you to return upon departure.

RESTAURANT OPENING HOURS

  • Breakfast: 07:30 – 10:00 (Buffet breakfast)
  • Lunch: 12:00 – 15:00 (Menu and a’la carte)
  • Dinner: 17:00 – 18:30 (Buffet)
  • Drinks served: 10:00 – 20:00
  • Allergens: Allergens are listed on our menu, if you have any specific requirements, please let us know.

ROOM SERVICES AND CLEANLINESS

  • “Do not disturb!” : If you do not wish to be disturbed or do not request that the trash be taken out, please hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the outside of the door handle.
  • Daily cleaning : Available for an additional fee (floor and bathroom cleaning in addition to garbage collection).
  • Linen change : Available for a fee. If the stay exceeds 7 nights, linen change is included every 7 days.
  • Towel exchange : Please throw the towel you want to exchange on the floor (we will exchange it at the same time as the garbage collection).
  • Laundry and ironing : For a fee; there is a laundry bag in the room that can be dropped off at the reception.
  • Vending machine : Additional toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving products, shower gel, etc.) can be purchased from the vending machine on the first floor 24 hours a day.

SAFETY AND HOUSE RULES

  • Smoking : Smoking is PROHIBITED in the building except in designated areas! Smoking is prohibited within 5 meters of the entrances! Please strictly observe the distance.
  • Quiet period : between 22:00 and 08:00, we ask you to respect the peace and quiet of other guests.
  • Escape Route and House Rules : Located on the inside of the room door.
  • Medical emergency : Available on 1830.
  • Pharmacy duty : In the city of Mezőkövesd, the Forrás, Glória, Szent László, Üdvözítő and PatikaPlus pharmacies take turns performing this task.

LEISURE AND OTHER SERVICES

  • Bath opening hours : 08:30 – 20:00.
  • Wellness : Sauna, playroom, and medical and wellness treatments are available (appointment booking at reception).
  • Parking and Bicycles : Private direct parking (if the gate is closed, please call the reception) and secure bicycle storage are provided. Bicycles can be rented at the reception.
  • Luggage storage : Locker key available at reception for a deposit. Luggage delivery available on request.
  • Safekeeping : Central safe available at reception.
  • Rental and Supplies : Umbrella, sewing kit, international adapters (110V/240V), phone chargers, bathrobe, baby cot and extra blanket, pillow available at reception.
  • Shoe shine : A shoe shine machine is located in the hallway on the ground floor.
  • Information : Bus timetable and Taxi contact details are posted on the stairs next to the reception. Printing facilities are available at the reception.
  • Wake-up service : Available at the reception upon request
